What's new in v3.9.6


- When selecting a number of objects and clicking unlink, all links are removed now.
- Fixed "copy to table" and "remove from table" options in properties form.
- Shown_in_task_bar set to false for object library form so it's not so confusing when alt-tabbing.
- Fixed bug. Various things not drawn correctly when using Windows desktop set to large fonts.
- Language is now set manually in setup form.
- Added Portuguese (Brazil) language.

- Added support for drag and drop files to palette form.
    Just open the palette form and drag and drop graphic files to it. Supports .ico .bmp .jpg .wmf files.

- Added support for drag and drop files to canvas for use as backdrop
    Not sure if this is any use yet!

- Added support for changing label background colour.
    Just right click a label and select background colour.

- Can now delete links in properties form, links table by selecting *delete* as the link style.

- Fixed bug where loading diagram at startup causes invalid proceedure call error in timer1
- Fixed properties form not being redrawn if changing to different object.
- Fixed deleting most recently added label corrupts labels associated with objects.
